The present invention provides a granulated substance spraying device that is capable of performing proper aerial spraying of a granulated substance of various grain sizes. The granulated substance spraying device comprises: a hopper which allows a granulated substance flowing in through an upper-end opening thereof to be discharged through a lower-end opening thereof; an impeller which lies below the hopper and is supported by a rotary shaft that extends in the vertical direction; an impeller motor which is disposed below the impeller and rotates the rotary shaft; and a spray cover which is disposed between the hopper and the impeller and guides the granulated substance being moved radially outward by the rotation of the impeller to opposite sides of the granulated substance spraying device in the width direction orthogonal to the vertical direction. In the spray cover (30), a feed port (38), which allows the granulated substance flowed out of the lower-end opening to be fed to an upper surface of the impeller (20), is formed in a region that includes the rotary shaft (21) as seen in the vertical direction in a plan view of the granulated substance spraying device.
