Abstract:
Disclosed is a granulation machine for casting molten iron into a granular product in the smelting of iron alloy series products, the granulation machine comprising a base (1), a cooling mechanism, a casting and forming mechanism, a turnover reset mechanism, and a central power device (2), wherein the top of the base (1) is provided with a circle of track (3); the cooling mechanism is slidably mounted on the track (3), and the casting and forming mechanism is mounted on the cooling mechanism in a manner of being able to rotate up and down; the central power device (2) drives the cooling mechanism and the casting and forming mechanism to synchronously move in a circular motion along the track (3); the cooling mechanism supplies cooling water into the casting and forming mechanism such that molten iron on the casting and forming mechanism is cooled and formed into a granular product; and the turnover reset mechanism is used for turning the casting and forming mechanism upside down after the granular product is formed. The granulation machine solves the problem of a casting template being prone to ablation and cracking and having a short service life, and achieves automatic molten iron casting, demolding and forming of smelted iron alloy series products.
