Abstract:
A graphene biosensor and a preparation method therefor, relating to the field of medical instruments. The preparation method for the graphene biosensor comprises the following steps: taking a substrate (1) having a graphene layer (2) provided on the surface as an object, dripping a biomolecule solution to a specific site on the surface of the graphene layer (2) for functionalization, and forming a dispersedly arranged functionalized layer (3) on the surface of the graphene layer (2) to obtain a functionalized graphene composite layer; and replacing the substrate (1) in the functionalized graphene composite layer with a target substrate (4) having a metal electrode, and then etching to remove the area of the functionalized layer (3) not provided with the graphene layer (2). According to the preparation method for the graphene biosensor, the biomolecule solution is first dripped to a specific site on the surface of graphene to complete functionalization, and then the graphene sensor is prepared, thereby avoiding reduction of the success rate of functionalization due to the fact that graphene is contaminated during transfer, and also saving the dosage of biomolecules, such that the graphene biosensor can be efficiently prepared.
