Abstract:
A graphene dispersion device, the structure thereof comprising a buffer base (1), a dispersant storage tank (2), a dispersant introduction column (3), a connection pad (4), a lifter (5), a dispersion device (6), a connection wire (7), a graphene storage cup (8), a stirring tube (9), a support base (10), a control box (11), control buttons (12) and a display screen (13); the dispersant introduction column (3) is of a cylindrical structure and is provided at an upper end of the connection pad (4), the connection pad (4) is mounted on an upper end of the dispersion device (6), the dispersion device (6) is provided on the structure, a dispersant is introduced into a stirring rod (602) by means of the dispersant storage tank (2) and the dispersant introduction column (3) in the device, and then, the dispersant is led out from a discharge head (609) by means of the stirring rod (602) and a discharge pipe (610), and during the introduction process of the dispersant, the device uses the pushing action of an ultrasonic disperser (601) to perform control, and emits sound waves by means of an ultrasonic transmitter (604), so as to reduce the graphene bonding speed in a graphene storage cylinder (611), and uses the stirring tube (9) to lead out and stir graphene, thereby enhancing the graphene dispersion speed.
