Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a graphene grid which makes it possible to suppress or prevent the uneven distribution of a structure analysis target substance, i.e., a substance to be analyzed with respect to the structure thereof, the unevenness of orientation of the structure analysis target substance and the like in, for example, a structure analysis with a cryogenic electron microscope, and which can capture the structure analysis target substance with high efficiency, and which also makes it possible to analyze the structure of the structure analysis target substance with high resolution. For achieving the problem, the graphene grid according to the present invention has a structure in which a functional group is introduced into the surface of graphene.
