Abstract:
The present invention provides a method that is for producing graphene having excellent physical properties such as electrical characteristics and that does not use a reducing agent in the production process. The method for producing a graphene material according to the present invention comprises: a step for preparing graphene oxide; a step for heating the graphene oxide at 300-700°C; a step for dispersing the heated graphene oxide in a dispersion medium to produce a thermally-reduced graphene oxide dispersion liquid; and a step for performing a hydrothermal treatment on the thermally-reduced graphene oxide dispersion liquid at 150-250°C.
