Abstract:
Provided are a method for producing graphene and a device for realizing the same. In the method, graphite is used as an evaporation substance, a substrate is placed in a vacuum chamber, the graphite is heated to sublimation under vacuum and deposited on the substrate after sublimation. The device comprises a vacuum chamber (1) in which a heating device (3) and a substrate holder are provided. Through the method and the device, a graphene film/sheet product can be directly produced according to the use requirement, and in particular, a hard substrate product or a rolled soft substrate product can be produced only by selecting different substrates. The production process is simple with low cost, and it is easy to realize scale and industrial production, and have significant value for popularizing the wide application of graphene.
