Abstract:
A graphite sheet isolation device, comprising a sealing box (1) and graphite sheets (2), sintering plates (3) and isolation members (5) which are provided in the sealing box, two ends of each graphite sheet being slidably connected to the inner wall of the sealing box, the sintering plates being uniformly provided above the graphite sheets, the sintering plates being used for placing powder metallurgy products, and the isolation members being provided between the sintering plates and the graphite sheets respectively. The graphite sheet isolation device isolates the sintering plates from the graphite sheets by means of the isolation members, reducing the degree of contamination to the sintering plates, avoiding influence on the sintering performance and size of the products due to the carbothermic reduction reaction between the sintering plates and the graphite sheets, further prolonging the service life of the sintering plates, and lowering the manufacturing and usage cost of the entire device.
