Abstract:
A grasping part comprising a foam of a thermoplastic elastomer having a foaming magnification of 1.1 to 8.0, wherein the thermoplastic elastomer is a polyurethane elastomer comprising a specific polymeric polyol and a polyisocyanate, and optionally a chain extender capable of reacting with the polyisocyanate. The grasping part, for example a steering wheel and a grip, can solve problems of low productivity, low recyclability and the like which are inherent to that made from RIM urethane, and also is excellent in the resistance to sweat and does not need coating.
