A gravel transfer device for intelligent discharge and transfer of a green mine. The gravel transfer device comprises a vehicle body (1), and a first rear cover (2), which is hinged to a surface of the vehicle body (1). The gravel transfer device is characterized in that: a surface of the vehicle body (1) is provided with an anti-falling assembly, and the installation of the anti-falling assembly prevents gravel from falling when the gravel is transferred, such that waste is avoided and a road surface is also not affected, and in addition, the transfer to the vehicle body (1) of the amount of the gravel can be increased; and a surface of the anti-falling assembly is provided with a shielding and rolling assembly, and the shielding and rolling assembly can not only prevent dust on the surface of the gravel from overflowing, but also avoids affecting the surrounding environment. The installation of a second rear cover (3) and a blocking cover (4) can prevent the gravel from falling in the process of transfer, such that waste can be avoided; and by means of the installation of the second rear cover (3) and the blocking cover (4), the vehicle body increases the amount of gravel transfer and reduces the times of multiple transfers, and meanwhile, labor is saved on, and the working efficiency is improved.
