Abstract:
Provided are a gravity compressed-air energy storage system with graded sealing, and an energy storage method. The energy storage system comprises a vertical shaft and a plurality of stages of sealing films, wherein a plurality of stages of gravity block groups are movably inserted into the vertical shaft; the plurality of stages of sealing films are in sealing connection with outer walls of the gravity block groups and an inner wall of the vertical shaft; an air storage cavity is enclosed between a first-stage sealing film, which is connected to the lowest first-stage gravity block group in the vertical shaft, and the space of the vertical shaft that is located below the first-stage sealing film; an adjustment cavity is enclosed between two adjacent gravity block groups, two sealing films connected to the two adjacent gravity block groups, and the vertical shaft; and the air storage cavity and the adjustment cavity are connected to an air compressor.
