Abstract:

Disclosed is a grease composition for constant velocity joints containing the components (a)-(g) mentioned below. Also disclosed is a constant velocity joint in which such a grease composition is sealed. The grease composition enables to reduce the rotational resistance fluctuation of a constant velocity joint at low temperatures. (a) a diurea thickening agent represented by the following general formula (1): R1NH-CO-NH-C6H4-p-CH2-C6H4-p-NH-CO-NHR2 (1) (b) ester synthetic oil (c) mineral oil and/or a synthetic hydrocarbon oil (d) molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate (e) molybdenum disulfide (f) polytetrafluoroethylene (g) zinc dithiophosphate compound
