Abstract:
A grease composition for linear-motion guides which comprises a base oil and a thickener, wherein the base oil comprises at least 50 mass% ester oil, the thickener comprises a metal-free compound terminated by an aliphatic hydrocarbon group and is contained in an amount of 20 mass% or larger, and the composition has a worked penetration of 220 to 300. The grease composition has such excellent properties that it is reduced in dusting and production cost, contains no metallic ingredients, and gives no unsmooth feeling.
