FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention refers to a grease filtering system for drain pipes. Specifically, the invention refers to a trap system for trapping grease in sinks, washbasins, and the like.

The object of the present invention prevents grease from filtering and clogging the waste water drains, allowing the water to flow without problems through the pipes. Thus, a solution is provided for a problem which occurs daily in homes. Pollution in rivers and seas is, largely, due to all the waste or residues which are deposited therein and the very little care taken in homes to prevent grease poured into the sinks from flowing out through the waste water drains. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Currently there are trap systems for grease in drain pipes, but these are not replaceable or easy to be installed by anyone without plumbing skills; since they are installed in the connections for the outlets towards the sewage system, making maintenance thereof difficult. This system causes the grease to be trapped in a mesh, this grease accumulating with time into a thick creamy layer which prevents water from normally flowing into the drainage pipe, causing unpleasant smells.

There are traps or meshes for retaining wastes in sinks with the purpose of avoiding these to go through the drainage, but up to date there is not a grease filter for pipes which can be replaced and which can be easily installed.

In order to avoid environmental pollution it is necessary to implement actions which involve improving the bad habits about managing grease wastes and preventing them from reaching rivers, seas and soils. Because of that, filtering techniques and systems are developed which allow contributing with improving the environment.

The present invention refers to a grease filtering system for sink pipes, being a replaceable system, which will allow trapping the grease and preventing this from flowing through the drain pipes and thus reaching the sewage system and, in turn, rivers and/or seas. In this manner, pollution of rivers and seas is avoided. An example of a filtering system can be seen in the patent document US9314714 B2.

The main object of the system of the present invention is to trap the grease so as to prevent it from flowing through the drain pipes for sinks.

Another object of the invention is to prevent the sink pipes from being clogged due to grease being released from the kitchen utensils which are daily used in homes. Another object of this invention is to keep the sink pipes in good conditions free of grease.

Last but not least, with the present system pollution in rivers and seas and soils is avoided as the saturated fats being released from food or food waste are settled in the trap.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

A grease filtering system is provided for sink drain pipes, comprising a grease filtering device which features a cylindrical configuration, which is connected at one side to the sink and, at the other to the drain pipe, and inside which an inverted truncated conical cavity is arranged, and characterized in that it is replaceable.

This grease filtering system for washbasin drains is applied to sinks, or baths, wherein there is grease which can be filtered through the drain pipes.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The grease filtering system for sinks drain pipes is a system which can be replaced since it is easily installed and uninstalled.

The system comprises a grease filtering device (3) having a cylindrical configuration which is connected at one side to the sink (1) and at the other to the drain pipe (2). An inverted truncated conical cavity is arranged inside the filtering device (3).
