Abstract:
Disclosed are a green solid defoamer and a preparation method therefor. In the defoamer, using a natural oil as a defoaming active ingredient, a mineral compound and a biological compound as carriers, and polyglycerol as a structural agent, a green solid defoamer product is prepared by means of an atomic economic process. The steps for preparing the green solid defoamer involve: (1) adding the carriers into a mixer M1, and stirring same until uniform; (2) simultaneously adding the defoaming active ingredient and the structural agent into M2, and stirring same until uniform; (3) adding the mixture in (2) into the mixer M1, and stirring same until uniform; and (4) crushing or granulating the mixture obtained in (3), with the obtained mixture being the prepared green solid defoamer. The green solid defoamer is not only green and environmentally friendly and biodegradable, but also has stronger defoaming and foam-inhibiting properties and anti-attenuation performance.
