[5] Generally, a wall of a certain building is provided with a window for an input of light into the interior and an air circulation and for obtaining a forward visibility with the window being opened and closed.

[7] The window is provided with a locking device, but since it is made of a glass, a bugler may easily input into the interior. In case that a window is open in summer, it is very easy to penetrate into the interior of the building through the window. So, a very careful attention is needed.

[8] So as to prevent an external penetration via the window, a so-called crime prevention grille is installed along with a glass window in a dual structure, In the above crime prevention grille, a grille made of a metal instead a glass is installed at a frame, so that it is possible to effectively prevent an opening of the window even when the window is open for an air circulation, whereby an external penetration is made impossible.

[9] The above crime prevention window is generally made in various structures based on a die casting method in consideration with a stability and outer appearance of a building for preventing an illegal penetration. However, it is not easy to manufacture, and it costs too much. In recent years, a hollow pipe made of a stainless steel or

titanium is cut with a certain length, and is fixed at a window frame in a stripe shape or a lattice shape for thereby easily forming a window grille. In this case, the diameter of the window grill is limited, and it is impossible to obtain a reliable stability. In addition, the hollow pipe is weak to heat, so that it can be easily cut by a high temperature heat and can be easily bent by an external force, whereby it is impossible to obtain an original crime prevention purpose. [10] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a window grille for a crime prevention which overcomes the above-described problems.

[11] It is another object of the present invention to provide a window grille for a crime prevention which a filler such as aggregate, silica, cement, etc. is inputted into a pipe corresponding to an outer structure and having a hollow part for thereby enhancing a resistance force with respect to a cutter and preventing any damage against an external force, and a core is inputted into a center portion of the same for preventing a weakness of a filler and enhancing a density of a filler, so that a manufacturing cost is low, and a strong resistance force is obtained with respect to heat, external force, etc.

[13] In the present invention, a filler such as aggregate, silica, cement, etc. is inputted into a pipe corresponding to an outer structure and having a hollow part for thereby enhancing a resistance force with respect to a cutter and preventing any damage against an external force, and a core is inputted into a center portion of the same for preventing a weakness of a filler and enhancing a density of a filler, so that a manufacturing cost is low, and a strong resistance force is obtained with respect to heat, external force, etc. In addition, a softening agent or a hardening agent may be mixed with the filler, so that a window grille may have a higher hardness or strength. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[22] To achieve the above objects, the present invention has the following features.

[23] There is provided a window grille structure for a crime prevention which comprises a metallic pipe which is fixed at a window frame and has a hollow part; a filter which is filled into the hollow part of the pipe for enhancing a resistance force against a cutter with the filler being made of one selected from the group consisting of aggregate, silica and cement or made of a combination with the same; and a core which is inserted into the center portion of the pipe for preventing a weakening of the filler and increasing a density of the same by decreasing the pores.

[24] The filler is mixed with either a hardening agent or a strengthening agent for increasing a hardening speed and a hardening strength of the filler.

[25] The core is made of a plurality of steel cores for enhancing a resistance force against cutting with the steel cores being integrally twisted.

[28] As shown therein, there is provided a window grille structure for a crime prevention which comprises a metallic pipe 10 which is fixed at a window frame 200 and has a hollow part; a filter 20 which is filled into the hollow part of the pipe 10 for enhancing a resistance force against a cutter with the filler being made of one selected from the group consisting of aggregate, silica and cement or made of a combination with the same; and a core 30 which is inserted into the center portion of the pipe 10 for preventing a weakening of the filler 20 and increasing a density of the same by decreasing the pores.

[29] The pipe 10 forms an outer appearance of the window grille 100 according to the present invention and is preferably shaped in a cylindrical shape. The cross section of the same may be in a polygonal shape.

[30] The pipe 10 is preferably made of a metal. The above metallic material is aluminum or stainless steel.

[31] The pipe 10 has a hollow part into which the filler 20 and the core are inserted. The filler 20 is made of a hardened mixture of aggregate, silica, cement for overcoming the problems that the conventional window grille made of only the pipe 10 is very weak to a cutter which uses high temperature heat. So, the pipe 10 with the same is not easily cut for thereby enhancing a crime prevention effect.

[32] A certain strengthening agent or hardening agent may be mixed with the filler 20

so that aggregate, silica, cement, etc. can be fast hardened. When the strengthening agent or hardening agent is mixed, it is needed to uniformly mix the aggregate, silica, cement and strengthening agent and hardening agent using a high speed agitator.

[33] The core 30 is inserted into the center portion of the pipe 10 for thereby making the filling intensity of the filler 20 denser and preventing a separation and weakening of the same and for enhancing a resistance force against cutting by means of a cutter. Here, the core 30 is preferably made of steel core.

[34] As shown in Figure 1, the core 30 may be formed of one core, but multiple cores may be provided if needed for thereby more enhancing a resistance force and a dense of the filler.

[35] As shown in Figure 2, a plurality of steel cores are inserted by integrally twisting the same with each other for thereby enhancing a stability of the pipe.

[36] In the present invention, it is possible to enhance a crime prevention by increasing a dense of the filler and a resistance force against cutting. The window grille 100 according to the present invention can be applied as a reliable crime prevention apparatus by providing a filler 20 such as aggregate, silica, cement, etc. and a core 30 into the hollow part of the same against a cutter and an external strong force as compared to the conventional art in which the pipe shaped window grill 100 having just the hollow part can be easily cut by a cutter which uses a high temperature heat.
