Abstract:
A grinder with an integrated double-disk structure and an assembly method therefor. The grinder comprises a container (1), wherein the bottom of the container (1) is provided with a juice outlet (2). The grinder further comprises a grinding assembly (3) and a sealing base (4) for sealing the juice outlet, wherein the sealing base (4) is detachably connected to the container; the grinding assembly comprises a cutting tool (301), an upper grinding disk (302) and a lower grinding disk (303) which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; a driving shaft (6) is rotationally arranged on the sealing base; the cutting tool and the lower grinding disk are both fixed on the driving shaft; the upper grinding disk is fixed on the sealing base; a first positioning step (7) for positioning the upper grinding disk is formed on an inner wall of the juice outlet; and a first elastic sealing member (8) is arranged between the upper grinding disk and the first positioning step. The upper grinding disk and the lower grinding disk are fixed on the sealing base and are assembled by taking the axis of the driving shaft as a reference, such that the problem whereby the precision of the gap between the upper grinding disk and the lower grinding disk is difficult to guarantee due to the processing technology is avoided, the grinder is convenient to detach, and the costs are reduced.
