Abstract:
A polyacrylamide grinding device based on circulating airflow, comprising sequentially communicated to form a loop: an air inlet pipe (4), a polyacrylamide grinding machine (1), a discharging pipe (5), a cyclone dust removal device (2), an air outlet pipe (6) and a circulating pipe (7). A feeding device is arranged at a feeding port of a polyacrylamide grinding machine body (11), and comprises a feeding channel (121), a storage slotted wheel (122), a sealing plate (123) and a linkage mechanism. The storage slotted wheel (122) is limited in an inner cavity of the feeding channel (121) and rotationally connected to the feeding channel (121); the sealing plate (123) is in sliding fit with the top of the feeding channel (121); the linkage mechanism is used for driving the storage slotted wheel (122) and the sealing plate (123) to be in linkage, so that when the storage slotted wheel (122) rotates and an open slot (1221) faces downwards, the sealing plate is enabled to slide till the top of the feeding channel is closed, and when the storage slotted wheel (122) rotates and the open slot (1221) faces upwards, the sealing plate (123) is enabled to slide till the top of the feeding channel (121) is opened. Further disclosed is a polyacrylamide powder-based proppant mixing system. The grinding device and the proppant mixing system have the advantages that the water content of polyacrylamide is reduced, waste of raw materials is reduced, and feeding is facilitated.
