Abstract:
A grinding and shaping method for a vertical grinding machine (10), applicable to the grinding and shaping of powder or particles. The method sequentially comprises: selecting an apparatus model, adding a grinding medium, activating the vertical grinding machine (10), adjusting a parameter, adding a feed and grinding, and discharging. Selecting the apparatus model comprises selecting, according to a raw material to be ground, a vertical grinding machine (10) having a screw rotor with a suitable screw pitch/diameter ratio. Adding the grinding medium comprises selecting, according to a particle diameter of the raw material and a product particle diameter requirement, a grading and a filling coefficient of the grinding medium, and adding the medium to a grinding cavity. Activating the vertical grinding machine (10) comprises sequentially activating a dust collector (60), a blower device (30), a drive device (20), and a feeding device (40). Adjusting the parameter comprises changing, by means of adjusting a rotational speed of the screw rotor of the vertical grinding machine (10), a circulation speed of the raw material and the grinding medium in the grinding cavity, thereby changing a raw material flow speed in the grinding cavity. Adding the feed and grinding comprises adding the feed from a feeding port at an upper end of the grinding cavity and then grinding same. Discharging comprises turning on a feed discharging device (50), and discharging the feed via a feed discharge port at a lower end of the grinding cavity.
