Abstract:
Provided is a grindstone-holding device with which exchanging of the polishing grindstone can be performed easily and in a short time. A grindstone-holding device provided with: a mounting seat that is installed on a rotation mechanism for rotating a cylindrical polishing grindstone around the central axis (C) thereof; a pair of holding members (3) that are fan-shaped in planar view, the holding members being disposed on both sides of the axis of the mounting seat, being installed on the mounting seat so as to be movable in a direction that is orthogonal to the axis, and having an end-contacting surface (S1) that is placed in contact with one end face of the polishing grindstone in the central axis (C) direction and an outer circumference-contacting surface (S2) with an arced inner surface that is placed in contact with the outer circumferential surface of the polishing grindstone; and tightening bolts (4a, 4b) for drawing the pair of holding members (3) towards each other.
