Abstract:
Provided is a grommet having a novel structure, which can be stably attached to a through-hole of a vehicle body panel and can suppress the degradation of sealing properties. A grommet 16 is provided with: an inner member 24 that can be locked to a vehicle body panel 12; and a cylindrical grommet member 26 held to the inner member 24. The grommet member 26 has: a first cylindrical portion 52; a second cylindrical portion 54 disposed on the opposite side to the first cylindrical portion 52; and an annular water stop lip 72 provided in the first cylindrical portion 52 and contactable to the vehicle body panel 12. The inner member 24 has: an annular body portion 28 assembled to the inside of the first cylindrical portion 52 of the grommet member 26; and a guide portion 46 projecting from the body portion 28 and slidable with respect to the inner wall of a through-hole 14. The guide portion 46 projects in a direction opposite to the second cylindrical portion 54 with respect to the water stop lip 72 in a state in which the inner member 24 is assembled to the first cylindrical portion 52.
