Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a GRP1 antagonistic polypeptide and a derivative and an application thereof, the polypeptide sequences being shown in SEQ ID NO. 1-5. The present antagonistic polypeptide binds with GPR1 in vitro, promoting the increase of cAMP concentration and inhibiting the calcium influx caused by chemerin by means of blocking the binding of chemerin to GPR1, and thus providing an effective therapeutic small molecule drug for high expression GPR1 receptor diseases such as breast cancer, having wide application in the fields of medicine and biology.
