Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a guidance support system capable of appropriately supporting guidance by taking into consideration a reaction of a guided person to the guidance.
This guidance support system is provided with: an information recognizing unit 312 which recognizes information from a target guided person U1; a guidance auxiliary information search unit 313 which, with respect to information J1 from the guided person U1, searches for guidance auxiliary information J21 to J23 whereby either one or both of a motivation and a behavior of the guided person U1, predicted by a guidance reaction predicting unit 311, become either one or both of a prescribed motivation and a prescribed behavior; and an output control unit 210 which causes an output unit 240, 270 to output the searched for guidance auxiliary information.
