A guide baffle, a cleaning roller mechanism and a cleaning appliance. Of the guide baffle (4), one end is movably connected to a water squeezing bar (3), and the other end fits with a fixing piece (5). The guide baffle (4) comprises a guide baffle body and a fixing part (42) extending from the guide baffle body towards one end, the guide baffle (4) being movably connected to the water squeezing bar (3) by means of the fixing part (42). The cleaning roller mechanism comprises a cleaning roller (1), and a water squeezing bar (3) and a water diversion bar (24) which form cleaning surface contact with the surface of the cleaning roller (1). The guide baffle (4) is convenient to uninstall and is convenient to detach and clean in a timely manner. The guide baffle (4) can absorb impact generated by the surface of the cleaning roller (1) in a shape recovery process after squeezed by the water squeezing bar (3). The detachable guide plate can solve the problem of water dropping onto a cleaned ground along the inner surface of a roller cover plate (2) when the ground is mopped with a large amount of water. The cleaning roller mechanism can avoid a fine-particle trash accumulation phenomenon near a component in contact with the cleaning roller (1), thereby reducing the peculiar smell of the cleaning roller mechanism.
