Abstract:
Provided is a guide device for an elevator, the guide device being compact and configured so that both a reduction in vibration at resonance frequencies and a reduction in vibration at high frequencies can be achieved relative to disturbance inputted from a guide rail. A guide device (5) is provided with a guide section which is in contact with a guide rail (6), a support member which is joined to an elevator car (1), and a vibration-proof structure which is disposed between the guide section and the support member. The vibration-proof structure has a first layer and a second layer which are disposed in series. The first layer includes a configuration in which a first elastic element (17) and a damping element (18) are arranged parallel to each other, and the second layer includes a second elastic element (19). The second elastic element has a higher spring constant than the first elastic element.
