Abstract:
The present invention relates to a guide RNA complementary to the TRAC gene and a use thereof. A guide RNA according to one aspect, a vector comprising same, and a TRAC gene editing composition, comprising the guide RNA and a Cas9 editor protein or a variant thereof, can effectively knock out the TRAC gene from the genome of a cell or an individual and thus can be useful in preventing or treating cancer through personalized medicine or precision medicine.
