A guide wheel mechanism and an operation machine, wherein the guide wheel mechanism comprises: a guide wheel (1) disposed on a motion support frame (2); and an adjustment mechanism arranged on the motion support frame (2), the adjustment mechanism being connected to a wheel shaft of the guide wheel (1), and the adjustment mechanism being used for adjusting the deviation of the guide wheel (1) wheel shaft relative to the motion support frame (2). In this way, when it is found that the guide wheel (1) has a deviation angle relative to the motion support frame (2), the adjustment mechanism can be used to adjust the deviation of the guide wheel (1) wheel shaft relative to the motion support frame (2), so as to reduce or eliminate the deviation angle between the guide wheel (1) and the motion support frame (2), thus making it so that left-side and right-side tracks receive uniform force when an excavator is driving in a straight line, and avoiding the problem of excavator motion deviation caused by a deviation angle of the guide wheel (1) relative to the motion support frame (2).
