This guiding device comprises: a support having a guideway; and a movable body having an oil pocket to be supplied with lubricating oil and a sliding surface facing the guideway. The sliding surface includes: a first region made of a first material and arranged in the periphery of the oil pocket; and a second region made of a second material and arranged in at least a part of the periphery of the first region.
