The present invention relates to a gut flora-improving composition comprising mushroom-derived beta-glucan. The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, improving or treating inflammatory bowel disease or intestinal dysmotility disease, the composition comprising mushroom-derived beta-glucan. Thus, the mushroom-derived beta-glucan of the present invention increases beneficial gut bacteria, reduces harmful gut bacteria, and at the same time, increases the moisture content and weight of feces and may inhibit bowel movement abilities and gastrointestinal damage, and thus may be effectively used for a gut flora-improving composition comprising same or a composition for preventing, improving or treating inflammatory bowel disease or intestinal dysmotility disease, the composition comprising same.
