Abstract:
Disclosed are a gypsum board and a preparation method therefor. The gypsum board is specifically a functional paper-faced gypsum board having a humidity-sensitive effect, composed of a gypsum board substrate and a coating coated on the surface of the gypsum board substrate, wherein the raw materials of the gypsum board substrate include gypsum powder, diatomite, zeolite, a fine silicon powder, a cement, a binder, a foaming agent and a silica sol solution; and the raw materials of the coating include a polyacrylic emulsion, an allochroic silica gel, diatomite and a silica sol solution. Under the premise of not affecting the construction performance, the paper-faced gypsum board having a humidity-sensitive effect has improved moisture absorption and moisture liberation performances, and has the effect of indicating the relative humidity of an environment; furthermore, an allochroic function thereof can change the color of the coating on the paper-faced gypsum, so that same has a decorative function and a function of improving the comfort of a living environment.
