Abstract:
An H-shaped steel production line and a production method. An assembly line (21) is provided in an assembly area (20), and a welding line (31) is provided in a welding area (30), so as to form a process layout of an assembly and welding pipelining processing production line. The assembly and welding procedures of a stiffening plate (B) are independently operated, a carrying robot (23), a spot welding robot (22) and a welding robot (32) can move between stations, and a transfer device (40) achieves the transportation of an H-shaped workpiece (A) in loading, processing and unloading processes, thereby forming pipelining processing.
