Abstract:
This hair-clipper blade is applied in a hair-clipper-type trimming device (1) that contains a pair of hair-clipper blades (2, 3) for cutting an object to be cut by reciprocating in a state of overlapping each other. The hair-clipper blade is provided with a base element (21), and a plurality of blade components (22) jutting from the perimeter of the base element (21) and each having a sliding surface (24) for sliding against a matching blade component (32). At least some of the blade components (22), in a portion of the sliding surface (24) including at least both sliding-direction ends (24a, 24b) of the sliding surface (24), are provided with a high-hardness section (22A) where the hardness is higher than that of the other areas. The thickness of the high-hardness section (22A) is made at least 10 μm and not more than 200 μm.
