Abstract:
A hair cutter (1), comprising two scissor blades (2, 3) having cutting blades (8, 9) pivotally connected to each other through a hinge (4), wherein a vibration application means is installed on at least one scissor blade (2 or 3) of two scissor blades (2, 3), whereby a beautiful cutting operation to the tip of hair can be stably performed without requiring an advanced skill.
