Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a hair dryer and an electric motor that can efficiently radiate heat generated by a motor. [Solution] One aspect of the present invention provides a hair dryer. The hair dryer comprises a main body, a blowing means, and a driving means. The main body is provided with an intake port on one end and an exhaust port on the other end. The blowing means is disposed inside the main body and is configured to generate an air flow flowing inside the main body from the intake port to the exhaust port. The driving means comprises a motor and a frame, and is configured such that the rotation of the motor drives the blowing means. The frame comprises a radiator. The radiator is configured to utilize the air flow to radiate heat generated by winding of the motor.
