The present invention relates to a hair dryer and, more particularly, to a hair dryer having a scalp vibration massage function, which has a drying function and which massages the scalp using vibrations and far-infrared rays, thereby facilitating blood circulation and preventing hair loss. To this end, the present invention provides a hair dryer having a scalp vibration massage function, characterized by comprising: a body formed in a semi-spherical shape, the body having air intake openings formed in long, slim shapes on both sides of the upper surface thereof so as to face each other such that outer air flows in therethrough; air ejection openings formed in long, slim shapes on both sides of the lower surface of the body so as to face each other such that air, which has flown into the body through the air intake openings, is ejected towards the lower side of the body; a fan module contained in the body to introduce the outer air through the air intake openings and discharge the outer air through the air ejection openings; a vibration massage member which is contained in the body, and which comprises a vibration motor; and multiple massage members which extend and protrude downwards from the lower surface of the body and which are made of a flexible material and thereby massage the scalp.
