Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a hairpin coil, a hairpin winding and a hairpin electric motor. The hairpin coil comprises a hairpin-shaped conductor and an insulating layer, wherein the hairpin-shaped conductor comprises a hairpin-shaped conductor body, and conductor connecting parts electrically connected to the hairpin- shaped conductor body, and two conductor connecting parts are provided and located at two ends of the hairpin-shaped conductor respectively; and the insulating layer is arranged only on a surface of the hairpin-shaped conductor body in an electrophoretic manner, the conductor connecting parts are exposed, and the insulating layer is a polyimide coating. In the hairpin coil, the insulating layer is arranged in an electrophoretic manner, and is a polyimide coating, thereby effectively improving the properties of toughness, heat resistance, voltage resistance, scratch resistance, etc., of the insulating layer, and thus improving the properties of the hairpin coil. The insulating layer is arranged only on the hairpin-shaped conductor body in an electrophoretic manner, and the conductor connecting parts are exposed, such that there is no need to remove the insulating layer on the conductor connecting parts before the hairpin winding is manufactured, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process for the hairpin winding, and improving the production efficiency of the hairpin winding.
