Provided is a Halbach array permanent magnet electric motor rotor. The rotor comprises a rotor support component (100), a first permanent magnet array (200) and a second permanent magnet array (300), wherein the first permanent magnet array (200) comprises a plurality of first permanent magnets (210) having the same cross-sectional shape; the second permanent magnet array (300) comprises a plurality of second permanent magnets (310) having the same cross-sectional shape; the first permanent magnet array (200) and the second permanent magnet array (300) are mutually staggered and arranged at an interval on the rotor support component (100), so as to form a Halbach array; the rotor support component (100) comprises a rotor yoke portion (110) and a plurality of support fixing portions (120); each first permanent magnet (210) comprises a first fixing portion (211) and a second fixing portion (212), the first fixing portions (211) being connected to the supporting fixing portions (120) and used to fix the first permanent magnets (210); gaps (400) are formed between the second fixing portions (212) of the two adjacent first permanent magnets (210); and the second permanent magnets (310) are arranged in the gaps (400), and form self-locking structures with the first permanent magnets (210).
