Abstract:
A half-nut assembly, comprising a half-nut (1), rollers (2), and a fixing unit. The rollers (2) are mounted on the half-nut (1) by means of the fixing unit; the inner surface of the half-nut (1) is provided with grooves (3); the rollers (2) rotate along the grooves (3). The cooperation between the grooves (3) provided on the inner surface of the half-nut (1) and the rollers (2) changes sliding friction into rolling friction, thereby reducing wear of nuts and improving the production efficiency.
