Abstract:
A halogen-free flame retardant ABS composition, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 43-79.8 parts of an ABS resin, 12-25 parts of a phosphazene compound, 10-30 parts of a phosphate compound and 0.2-2 parts of a processing aid. By compounding the phosphazene compound and the phosphate compound, the two have synergistic effects, and the resulting halogen-free flame retardant ABS composition can achieve a halogen-free V-0 rating, has a technical value of mass production application, has excellent mechanical properties, has a good material appearance, and can satisfy technical requirements of materials in many fields such as household appliances, electronic and electric appliances and office supplies. Further disclosed are a preparation method for and use of the halogen-free flame retardant ABS composition.
