Abstract:
A halogen-free modified high-filling recyclable plastic plate, comprising a base material layer, and a printing layer and a protective layer which are sequentially arranged on the upper surface of the base material layer from bottom to top. The base material layer is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 20-25% of a PEAT resin, 70-75% of stone powder, 0.5-0.8% of a chain extender, 1-2% of white oil, 3-6% of PE, and 0.4-0.8% of stearic acid. The plastic plate is formed by hot pressing, does not need to be bonded by glue, and is good in integrity. The prepared plate is large in surface tension, the surface is easy to process, the base material layer has good compatibility with the printing layer and the protective layer, and the plate can be integrally recycled.
