Abstract:
A hammer-type rock crusher, comprising a rack (1), a feeding pipe (2) which is connected to a top end surface of the rack (1), a shielding plate (3) which is rotatably connected to an inner side wall of a front end surface of the feeding pipe (2) by means of a rotating shaft, motors (6) which are fixedly arranged on the left and right sides of a front surface end of the rack (1), rotors (7) which are fixedly arranged at ends of the rotating shafts of the two motors (6), second electric telescopic rods (8) which are fixedly arranged on an outer side wall of the rotors (7), a hammer head (9) which is fixedly arranged at tips of telescopic ends of the second electric telescopic rods (8), a sieve plate (10) which is arranged on an outer side of the hammer head (9), air pumps (11) which are fixedly arranged on the left and right sides of a top surface of the rack (1), collecting boxes (14) which are fixedly arranged on the left and right of an inner side wall of the top end surface of the rack (1), air extraction pipes (15) which are connected to bottom end surfaces of the collecting boxes (14), one-way valves which are fixedly arranged on side walls of the air extraction pipes (15), and a discharge pipe (16) which is connected to a central position of a bottom end surface of the rack (1). The rock crusher can prevent gravel splashes, control gravel size, and collect generated powdered rock.
