Abstract:
The present invention is a hand device which comprises a first member and a second member that actuate to open and close at respective left/right finger-like parts, and which is configured so as to arrange the first member and the second member in close proximity at each of the finger-like parts and so that an inner edge of the first member appears and disappears with respect to an inner edge of the second member. The present invention is also a food dishing device for using the hand device to execute: a step for holding onto an intermediate part, in the length direction, of a food that is at a collection location with the left and right finger-like parts and dangling two ends thereof; a step for moving the hand device to over a setup region; and a step for moving the hand device to the downward direction and transverse direction with respect to the setup region, bringing the food into contact with the setup region from a dangling-down end side thereof, folding the same over, setting the same down in that state, and releasing the hold. The present invention is furthermore a food batch formation device for automatically repeating execution of these steps to form a food batch inside the setup region.
