Abstract:
A double handheld waist and back massage device, comprising a main rod (3). A massage part is arranged in the middle of the main rod (3); one end of the main rod (3) is connected to a first supporting rod (11); the main rod (3) is perpendicular to the first supporting rod (11); the main rod (3) is connected to one end of the first supporting rod (11); a first grip (12) is arranged at the other end of the first supporting rod (11); the other end of the main rod (3) is connected to a second supporting rod (21); the main rod (3) is perpendicular to the second supporting rod (21); the main rod (3) is connected to one end of the second supporting rod (21); and a second grip (22) is arranged at the other end of the second supporting rod (21). By means of holding the first supporting rod (11) and the second supporting rod (21) with both hands, a user can drive the massage device up and down without extending both hands backwards, and can move the massage device with both hands from up-and-down movement to swinging. The up-and-down movement range of the massage device is enlarged, and the user can maintain a comfortable posture.
