Disclosed in the present invention is a handle forming device for a non-woven bag making machine, comprising a base; a material pulling mechanism, longitudinally corresponding to the base and horizontally mounted on an external wall; a material cutting and supporting mechanism, slidably mounted on the base and transversely corresponding to the bottom end of the material pulling mechanism; and bending mechanisms, slidably connected to the base. A material strip conveyed by an external strip conveyor can be supported, transmitted and cut by means of the material cutting and supporting mechanism, so as to perform control and guided transport on the single-section length of the material strip during processing; the material strip can be pulled at one end of the material cutting and supporting mechanism by means of the material pulling mechanism; the processing length of the material strip is controlled by means of the moving distance of the bottom end of the material pulling mechanism, so as to process different handle types; and the elongated material strip can be rotated and bent at two points by means of the two bending mechanisms, so as to transform and process the elongated material strip into a U shape.
