Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a conveying device for supplying hard metal insert products to grinding equipment in order to grind the hard metal insert products; and a handler device for grinding hard metal insert products. The handler device is characterized by comprising: a pickup tool part configured to supply the hard metal insert products to the grinding equipment and eject the same; a grinding amount measuring and alignment correcting part which is configured to correct the alignment of the hard metal insert products supplied for a grinding operation and measure the ground amounts of the hard metal insert products; a pallet supplying and ejecting part configured to load a pallet loaded with the hard metal insert products for the grinding operation and load a pallet loaded with the hard metal insert products for which the grinding operation has been completed; and a frame which includes a ceiling and a lower frame so that the pickup tool part, the grinding amount measuring and alignment correcting part, and the pallet supplying and ejecting part can rest thereon. Therefore, the handler device for grinding hard metal insert products according to the present invention is coupled to or installed near existing grinding equipment, and is configured to safely supply the hard metal insert products to a small grinding space, safely eject the ground hard metal insert products, and automatically measure the ground amounts thereof, thus enabling mass production of high-quality hard metal insert products.
