Abstract:
A handling mechanism of a vacuum brazing furnace, comprising handling rods (24), and a lifting and lowering mechanism, a translation mechanism, and an opening and closing mechanism which are provided at the lower side of a brazing chamber (18). Two handling rods (24) are arranged symmetrically, and the middles of the handling rods (24) are provided in the brazing chamber (18). The opening and closing mechanism is simultaneously connected to the two handling rods (24) and drives the two handling rods (24) to be opened and closed. The translation mechanism is connected to the opening and closing mechanism and drives the opening and closing mechanism to move in the direction close to or away from a discharging end. The lifting and lowering mechanism is connected to the translation mechanism and drives the translation mechanism to lift and lower. Each handling rod (24) is provided with a plurality of bearing portions, and avoidance openings having one-to-one correspondence to the bearing portions are formed in a brazing platform (20) in the brazing chamber (18). According to the handling mechanism, movement of the handling rods in the three-dimensional space is achieved, the action is flexible, the bearing portions on the handling rods move to the lower side of a material sheet, and the situation that deformation is caused when two ends of the material sheet extend out of the brazing platform is avoided.
