Abstract:
A handover management method according to an embodiment is performed by a session management function (SMF) device, and comprises the steps of: receiving handover information associated with a terminal receiving a predetermined service by accessing a source base station; after the handover information is received, acquiring resource information about a resource used by the source base station when a high reliability-low delay service is provided to the terminal; and requesting a user plane function (UPF) device so that a resource corresponding to the acquired resource information is secured in a target base station.
