Abstract:
Disclosed are a handover processing method, a terminal device, a communication device, a chip, a computer-readable storage medium, a computer program product, and a computer program. The method comprises: a terminal device acquires a first condition for the configuration of a communication device, the first condition being a condition for determining on the basis of a first distance and a second distance to trigger the execution of the processing of handover from a serving cell to a target cell, the first distance being the distance between the position at which the terminal device is located and the center position of the serving cell in which same is located, and the second distance being the distance between the position at which the terminal device is located and the center position of an adjacent cell; the terminal device determines on the basis of the first distance and the second distance whether the first condition is met; and if the first condition is met, then the terminal device reports a measurement result to a communication device of the serving cell.
