Brief Description of the Drawings [14] The above and other objects, features and other advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood from the following detail description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which: [15] FIG. 1 is a side view of a hanger for finishing a ceiling in accordance with a first embodiment of the present invention; [16] FIG. 2 is a side view of a hanger for finishing a ceiling in accordance with a second embodiment of the present invention; [17] FIGS. 3 to 5 are side views of a hanger for finishing a ceiling in accordance with a third embodiment of the present invention; [18] FIG. 6 is a side view of a hanger for finishing a ceiling in accordance with a fourth embodiment of the present invention; and

[19] FIG. 7 is a side view of a hanger for finishing a ceiling in accordance with a fifth embodiment of the present invention. Mode for the Invention

[20] Now, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the annexed drawings.

[21] FIG. 1 is a side view of a hanger for finishing a ceiling in accordance with a first embodiment of the present invention.

[22] With reference to FIG. 1, a hanger 2 in accordance with the first embodiment includes a hanger rod connecting unit 210 and a carrying channel connecting unit 220. A hanger rod 1 may have a structure having a screw thread formed thereon or a cylindrical structure. This embodiment uses the hanger rod 1, which has a structure having a screw thread formed thereon.

[23] The hanger rod connecting unit 210 includes a left plate 211 and a right plate 212, which are bent and are bonded to each other. Upper through holes 211a and 212a and lower through holes 21 Ib and 212b are respectively formed through the left plate 211 and the right plate 212. The left plate 211 and the right plate 212 are bent at a designated angle between portions of the left and right plates 211 and 212 provided with the upper through holes 211a and 212a and portions of the left and right plates 211 and 212 provided with the lower through holes 21 Ib and 212b. Preferably, the upper through holes 21 Ia and 212a and the lower through holes 21 Ib and 212b are formed through the left and right plates 211 and 212 such that they meet at right angles.

[24] That is, when the hanger rod 1 is inserted into the upper through holes 211a and

212a and the lower through holes 21 Ib and 212b formed through the left and right plates 211 and 212, since the hanger rod connecting unit 210 is apt to spread out in the direction opposite to the bending direction between the upper through holes 211a and 212a and the lower through holes 21 Ib and 212b due to the self-elasticity of the hanger rod connecting unit 210, the outer surface of the hanger rod 1 and the inner surfaces of the upper through holes 211a and 212a and the lower through holes 21 Ib and 212b are closely adhered to each other. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the hanger rod connecting unit 210 from being separated from the hanger rod 1.

[25] Although the first embodiment discloses that the hanger rod connecting unit 210 includes the left plate 211 and the right plate 212, the hanger rod connecting unit 210 may include either of the left plate 211 and the right plate 212.

[26] The carrying channel connecting unit 220 is extended downwardly from the hanger rod connecting unit 210, and includes an upper hanger part 221 and a lower hanger part

[27] The upper hanger part 221 is obtained by cutting a rear surface 225 of the carrying channel connecting unit 220, and is perpendicular to the rear surface 225. The lower hanger part 223 is extended from the rear surface 225, and is bent perpendicularly to the rear surface 225 like the upper hanger part 221.

[28] Since the upper hanger part 221 and the lower hanger part 223 are bent perpendicularly to the rear surface 225 of the carrying channel connecting unit 220, the upper hanger part 221 and the lower hanger part 223 fix a carrying channel 3 due to the self- elasticity. Zigzag-shaped bending portions 222 and 224 are respectively formed at the ends of the upper hanger part 221 and the lower hanger part 223, and grooves 222a and 224a are respectively formed by the bending portions 222 and 224. The upper hanger part 221 and the lower hanger part 223 fix the carrying channel 3 using the grooves 222a and 224a.

[29] That is, when the upper portion of the carrying channel 3 is pushed to the upper hanger part 221 after the lower portion of the carrying channel 3 is inserted into the groove 224a of the lower hanger part 223, the bending portion 221 of the upper hanger part 221 moves upwardly due to the elasticity, and the carrying channel 3 is thrust into the carrying channel connecting unit 220. Then, the bending portions 222 and 224 of the upper and lower hanger parts 221 and 223 press the carrying channel 3 using elasticity, thus fixing the carrying channel 3.

[30] In order to change the position of the hanger 2 on the hanger rod 1, the hanger rod connecting unit 210 is bent in one direction and moves upwardly or downwardly to a desired position on the hanger rod 1.

[31] FIG. 2 is a side view of a hanger for finishing a ceiling in accordance with a second embodiment of the present invention.

[32] With reference to FIG. 2, a hanger 2 in accordance with the second embodiment includes a hanger rod connecting unit 210 and a carrying channel connecting unit 220 in the same manner as the hanger in accordance with the first embodiment, and a detailed description thereof will be thus omitted.

[33] The hanger rod connecting unit 210 includes one plate, i.e., the left plate 211 or the right plate 212. In the first embodiment, the upper hanger part 221 of the carrying channel connecting unit 220 is obtained by cutting the rear surface 225, but, in the second embodiment, the upper hanger part 221 of the carrying channel connecting unit 220 is obtained by cutting the left plate 211 or the right plate 212. That is, the hanger rod connecting unit 210 does not include two plates, which are bonded, but includes a single plate, and the upper hanger part 221 of the carrying channel connecting unit 220 is formed by cutting the plate of the hanger rod connecting unit 210, thus reducing the production cost of the hanger 2 and increasing a process yield of the hanger 2.

[34] Further, the connection of the hanger rod connecting unit 210 to the hanger rod 1

and the connection of the carrying channel 3 to the carrying channel connecting unit 220 of the second embodiment are substantially the same as those of the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, and a detailed description thereof will be thus omitted.

[35] FIGS. 3 to 5 are side views of a hanger for finishing a ceiling in accordance with a third embodiment of the present invention.

[36] In the third embodiment, the upper hanger part 221 is extended from the hanger rod connecting unit in the same manner as the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2.

[37] A hook 231 is extended downwardly from the end of the bending portion 222 of the upper hanger part 221, and a protrusion 232 is protruded upwardly from the end of the bending portion 224 of the lower hanger part 223. When the lower portion of the carrying channel 3 is inserted into the lower hanger part 223 and the upper portion of the carrying channel 3 pushes the hook 231 upwardly, the hook 231 and the upper hanger part 221 are bent upwardly due to elasticity, and the upper portion of the carrying channel 3 is inserted into the upper hanger part 221. Thereafter, when the hook 231 moves toward the carrying channel 3, the end of the hook 231 is located on the protrusion 232 and fixed to the protrusion 232, thereby reinforcing the fixation of the carrying channel 3 to the carrying channel connecting unit 220.

[38] The change of the position of the hanger 2 on the hanger rod 1 and the connection of the hanger rod connecting unit 210 to the hanger rod 1 are substantially the same as those of the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, and a detailed description thereof will be thus omitted.

[39] FIG. 6 is a side view of a hanger for finishing a ceiling in accordance with a fourth embodiment of the present invention.

[40] With reference to FIG. 6, reinforcing parts 240 for preventing the deformation of the carrying channel connecting unit 220 due to the self- weight of the carrying channel 3 or the weight of a finishing material, when the carrying channel 3 is connected to the carrying channel connecting unit 220, are protruded from the surface of the carrying channel connecting unit 220.

[41] The connection of the hanger rod connecting unit to the hanger rod is substantially the same as those of the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, and a detailed description thereof will be thus omitted.

[42] FIG. 7 is a side view of a hanger for finishing a ceiling in accordance with a fifth embodiment of the present invention.

[43] With reference to FIG. 7, U-shaped fixing pieces 250, each of which has a fixing groove 251, are separately provided. After the hanger 2 is connected to the hanger rod 1 using the hanger rod connecting unit 210, the fixing pieces 250 are connected to the hanger rod 1 such that they are closely adhered to the upper and lower portions of the

hanger rod connecting unit 210, thus preventing the hanger 2 from being separated from the hanger rod 1.

[44] In order to change the position of the hanger rod connecting unit 210, the hanger rod connecting unit 210 moves under the condition that the adhesion of the connecting rod 1 to the upper and lower through holes 211a and 21 Ib is released by bending the hanger rod connecting unit 210 in a C shape after the fixing pieces 250 are separated from the hanger rod 1.

[45] The connection of the carrying channel 3 to the carrying channel connecting unit

220 is substantially the same as those of the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, and a detailed description thereof will be thus omitted. Industrial Applicability

[46] As apparent from the above description, the present invention provides a hanger for finishing a ceiling, which has a simple structure and a reduced number of component parts to shorten working process time, thus reducing working expenses and minimizing management space.

[47] The hanger of the present invention increases productivity of construction due to simple construction of a single material, and prevents defect problems, which were conventionally generated by complicated construction, thus protecting precious resources.

[48] Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.
