[2]

Background Art

[3] The Korean patent registration number 10-0635933 discloses a conventional hanger for fixing a ceiling panel. The construction of the above conventional hanger for fixing a ceiling panel will be described with reference to the accompanying drawing. Figure 1 is a perspective view illustrating a conventional hanger for fixing a ceiling panel.

[4] In Figure 1, a reference numeral 1 represents a support part, Ia represents a scale for adjusting the height of an anchor bolt, 4 represents an anchor bolt embedded in a concrete ceiling, 10 represents a tightening member for fixing an anchor bolt, 11 represents a body of a hanger for fixing a ceiling panel, 14 represents an adjusting bolt installed in an outer side of a tightening member, 23 represents a stopper for fixing the position of a handle, 30 represents a locking member for preventing an escape of a channel member, and 31 represents a housing which is installed in one side of a support part.

[5] The detailed construction and operation of a conventional hanger for fixing a ceiling panel will be described. The hanger is provided with a tightening member 10 which is provided in an upper side of one side of the support part 1 for allowing the support part 1 to be stably fixed in the anchor bolt 4 as the anchor bolt 4 is inserted into a through hole of the body 11, and a tightening shaft 20 is closely contacted with a side surface of the anchor bolt 4 by rotating a handle 23.

[6] Figure 2 is a perspective view for describing the construction and operation of a conventional hanger for fixing a ceiling panel.

[7] First, the operation of a conventional hanger for fixing a ceiling panel will be described with reference to Figure 2. In a state that an operation lever 44 is open, the anchor bolt 4 is inserted into the through hole, and the operation lever 44 is rotated about a hinge axis 41 in a proper position for thereby blocking an opening 42. A screw thread 47 formed in an inner side of the operation lever 44 is closely contacted with an outer surface of the anchor bolt 4, so the support part can be reliably fixed in the anchor bolt 4. Here, the operation lever 44 is not randomly opened since a ball 48c is selectively caught by means of an engaging groove 45 formed in both ends of the operation lever 44.

[8] The conventional hanger for fixing a ceiling panel is equipped with a tightening member, but when the load applied to the support part increases or when a strong impact is applied thereto, the hanger might be loosened and fall down. In addition, an assembling work at a construction site is not easy. [9] In addition, since the conventional hanger for fixing a ceiling panel is additionally equipped with an operation lever, the construction of the same might be complicated, and a lot of force is needed in order to work the hanger, and a manufacture cost disad- vantageously increases. In addition, a reference numeral 138a represents a "?" shaped fixing pin, 138b represents a U shaped fixing pin, and 139a, 139b represents an escape prevention protrusion protruded from a lower side of the hanger bracket. A reference numeral 140a, 140b represents a horizontal state maintenance protrusion part escape groove, 141 represents a spring fixing pin which is inserted into the spring fixing pin through hole 130a, 130b for performing a function of a double fixing apparatus, 142a, 142b represents a spring fixing key groove, 144a, 144b represents a hanger bracket horizontal state maintenance protrusion tightening part, 146a, 146b represents a hanger bracket horizontal state maintenance protrusion part, 150 represents a fixing engaging

part(corresponding to a support part of a conventional art), and 156a, 156b represents first, second protrusion parts formed in the upper and lower sides of a back side of the fixing engaging part 150 so as to support the fixing pins 138a, 138b and 138c while preventing a ceiling panel fixing hanger 200 from being disengaged by means of a strong impact. A reference numeral 140 represents an escape prevention clip which partially cuts part of the center of the fixing engaging part 150, 146h represents an escape prevention groove, 200 represents a hanger for fixing a ceiling panel, and a reference character B represents a threaded rod, which is generally called an anchor bolt.

[49] The hanger for fixing a ceiling panel according to the present invention can be easily installed by inserting into and engaging to a lower end of a threaded rod embedded in a concrete ceiling, so an installation is so fast and easy.

[50] The construction of a hanger for fixing a ceiling panel according to the present invention will be described. The hanger for fixing a ceiling panel comprises a hanger bracket 100 for fixing by inserting a threaded rod into the interior, and an engaging fixing part 150 for forming a hanger bracket first insertion groove 152 and a hanger bracket second insertion groove 154 for receiving the hanger bracket 100. Here, the ceiling panel fixing hanger 200 is made closer to a lower side of a threaded rod, and a lower end of the hanger bracket 100 is inserted into the hanger bracket first and second insertion grooves 152 and 154, respectively. The escape prevention protrusions 139a and 139b protruded from the lower side of the hanger bracket 100 are inserted into the hanger bracket first and second insertion grooves 152 and 154, so the hanger bracket 100 is fixed to the ceiling panel fixing hanger 200 while preventing the same from being escaped from the hanger bracket first and second insertion grooves 152 and 154.

[51] The slanted parts 110s and 120s are formed in the upper side of the hanger bracket

100 according to the present invention. So, when a load increases, it can naturally slide for thereby more stably fixing a threaded rod. Namely, when a load applied to the channel member(not shown) installed in a lower side increases in a state that the hanger bracket 100 is engaged to the threaded rod B, the weight center of the fixing engaging part 150 moves along the slanted parts 110s and 120s for thereby enhancing a fixing force.

[52] A spring fixing pin through hole 130a, 130b s formed in the other side of the hanger bracket 100 for inserting a hook shaped spring fixing pin 141, so the hanger bracket 100 is not easily escaped from the threaded rod by inserting a spring fixing pin into the same. A separation type fixing pin engaging hole 134a, 134b might be formed in one pair for thereby inserting the "-" shaped fixing pin 138a.

[53] In the spring fixing pin though hole 130a, 130b, the hook shaped spring fixing pin

141 is hooked on the spring fixing key groove 142a, 142b from the inner side to both

sides for thereby implementing a double fixing structure for preventing escapes.

[54] A first protrusion part 156 is formed for supporting the "-"shaped fixing pin 138a and preventing the same from being escaped. With the above construction, it is possible to basically prevent the hanger 200 from being escaped in a state that the hanger is engaged to the threaded rod even when a certain external impact is applied to the hanger 200(including the fixing engaging part 150).

[55] The spring fixing pin 141 is engaged by means of the spring fixing key groove 142a,

142b, and a second protrusion part 156b is formed in a lower side of the first protrusion part 156a for supporting the above engaged state and preventing an escape of the same.

[56] A hanger bracket horizontal state maintenance part 146a, 146b is protruded from the lower sides of the hanger bracket first and second insertion grooves 152 and 154 for maintaining a horizontal state of the hanger bracket 100 while keeping a height balance when being engaged to the threaded rod B.

[57] The assembling procedure using the hanger 200 for fixing a ceiling panel according to the present invention will be described with reference to Figure 4.

[58] Figure 4 is a disassembled perspective of each element of the present invention, and the constructions of the present invention will be described with reference to a partial enlargement of Figure 3 and a partial enlargement of Figure 4.

[59] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, in the hanger bracket 100 which belongs to the hanger

200 for fixing a ceiling panel according to the present invention, a spring fixing pin through hole 130a, 130b is formed, and a spring fixing pin 141 is inserted into both sides, a spring fixing key groove 142a, 142b is formed in a back side where a threaded rod is engaged for an engagement of the spring fixing pin 141 for thereby enhancing a fixing force.

[60] When the threaded rod is loosened, the hanger bracket horizontal state maintenance protrusion part 146a, 146b is inserted into the horizontal state maintenance protrusion part escape groove 140a, 140b as an escape. When it is needed to fix the threaded rod, the hanger bracket horizontal state maintenance protrusion part 146a, 146b is placed on the hanger bracket horizontal state maintenance protrusion tightening part 144a, 144b, so that the threaded bolt is kept horizontal. (Refer to Figures 11 and 12).

[61] Namely, the threaded rod B is inserted into the fixing engaging part 150 of the hanger bracket 150, and then the "-" shaped fixing pin 138a is inserted into the separation type fixing pin engaging groove 134a, 134b, and the end potion is bent for thereby finishing the fixing procedure. At this time, the "-" shaped fixing pin 138a is placed on the upper side of the first protrusion part 150a.

[62] Next, the spring fixing pin 141 having an elastic force is fixedly inserted into the spring fixing pin through hole 130a, 130b, and is caught by means of the spring fixing

pin groove 142a, 142b.

[63] Here, the hook type spring fixing pin 141 is caught by means of the upper side of the second protrusion part 156b. So, the hanger 200 for fixing a ceiling panel can be stably fixed.

[64]

[65] (Modification of first embodiment) Side hanger

[66] The construction and operation of a modification of the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 5 through 9.

[67] Figure 5 is a view for describing an assembling procedure of a hanger for fixing a ceiling panel according to a modification of a preferred embodiment of the present invention. Figure 6 is a disassembled perspective view illustrating each element of Figure 5. Figure 7 is a perspective view illustrating a state that each element of Figure 6 is engaged and assembled according to the present invention.

[68] As shown in Figure 5, the hanger can be inserted into the threaded rod B which is already installed. Namely, the hanger bracket 100 is not inserted from a lower side of the threaded rod in another structure which is already installed, but the hanger bracket 100 is engaged by passing through the first and second insertion grooves 152 and 154 formed in the fixing engaging part 150 from a side by using a previously installed threaded rod for thereby simply fixing the hanger. It might be fixed in such a manner that the U shaped fixing pin 138 might be passed through the auxiliary type fixing pin engaging hole 132a, 132b and the separation type fixing pin engaging hole 134a, 134b.

[69] Here, the auxiliary type fixing pin engaging hole 132a, 132b and the separation type fixing pin engaging hole 134a, 134b are on the same plane (Figure 9).

[70] As shown in the enlarged view of Figure 5, the hanger bracket 100 is inserted from a side of the fixed threaded rod B at a slanted angle, so it can be installed at a certain angle in the upper sides of the first and second insertion grooves 152 and 154 for receiving a minimum load. The above angle structure can be applied to the hangers of all the embodiments of the present invention during the assembling procedure.

[71] As shown in Figures 5 and 6, in a modification of the first embodiment of the present invention, the hanger bracket 100 is inserted into the fixing engaging part 150, and the U shaped fixing pin 138b is inserted, and the end part of the same is bent for thereby fixing the hanger for fixing a ceiling panel.

[72] The above construction might be very necessarily needed in the construction site, and the installation time and cost can be significantly reduced, while obtaining a stable and reliable hanger for fixing a ceiling panel.

[73] The other construction is the same as the first embodiment of the present invention.

In this modification, it is possible to finish the installation without the spring fixing pin 141.

[74] When the hanger 200 for fixing a ceiling panel according to the present invention is fixed on the threaded rod, a channel member or a pipe or the like is positioned in the interior of the fixing engaging part 150 of the hanger 200 for fixing a ceiling panel, and part of the center of the fixing engaging part 150 is bent for thereby forming the escape prevention clip 140. When it is fixedly inserted into the escape prevention escape groove 146h using the disposed clip key 142, 144, which corresponds to the end side, a pressing piece 140' bent in the escape prevention clip 140 presses the channel member and the pipe P for preventing movement, so that a user can fix as fast as possible.

[75] A stronger and more reliable support force can be obtained as a reinforcing piece

150' is bent in the fixing engaging part 150.

[76]

[77] (Second embodiment)

[78] The construction of the hanger for fixing a ceiling panel according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 10 through 12. The same elements as the earlier described embodiments will be given the same reference numerals.

[79] Figure 10 is a perspective view illustrating a construction that a hanger for fixing a ceiling panel is assembled according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Figure 11 is a front view illustrating a shape of a fixing engaging part in a state that a hanger for fixing a ceiling panel is assembled according to a second embodiment of the present invention while describing a state before a hanger is engaged. Figure 12 is a front view illustrating a shape of a fixing engaging part in a state that a hanger for fixing a ceiling panel is assembled according to a second embodiment of the present invention while describing a state after a hanger is engaged.

[80] The difference in the construction of the second embodiment of Figure 10 as compared to the first embodiment of the present invention resides in that a flat type fixing pin 138c is used in the hanger bracket 100, and a flat type fixing pin engaging hole 134r, 134s is formed for passing the flat fixing pin 138c.

[81] Here, the flat type fixing pin 138c is passed through the flat type engaging hole 134r,

134s, and both ends are bent for fixing. The ring shaped spring fixing pin 141 is inserted for thereby implementing a double fixing structure.

[82] Since the flat type fixing pin 138c is engaged, it is possible to more stably and reliably fix the hanger bracket 100.

[83] As shown in Figure 10, the construction and assembling type of the second embodiment of the present invention can be more easily understood.

[84] In an actual construction, the flat type fixing pin 138c is inserted into the hanger bracket 100, and both ends of the same are bent, so the hanger 200 for fixing a ceiling panel can be manufactured in a finished state. So, it can be easily assembled and

installed to the threaded bolt B in a construction site.

[85] As shown in Figure 11, the flat type fixing pin 138c is positioned while covering the upper side of the first protrusion part 156a, and the spring fixing pin 141 is positioned in a lower surface of the second protrusion part 156b.

[86] As shown in Figure 12, the flat type fixing pin 138c is positioned on the upper surface of the first protrusion part 156a after the engagement, and the spring fixing pin 141 is caught by means of the second protrusion part 156b.

[87] Since the operation of the second embodiment is the same as the first embodiment, the detailed description thereof will be omitted. In this case, when the flat type fixing pin 138c is used, it is possible to obtain a stronger fixing force as compared to when using the "-" shaped fixing pin 138a or the U shaped fixing pin 138b.

[88]

[89] (Third embodiment)

[90] The construction of a hanger for fixing a ceiling panel according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figure 13. The same elements as the earlier embodiments will be given the same reference numerals.

[91] Figure 13 is a perspective view illustrating a state that a hanger for fixing a ceiling panel is assembled according to a third embodiment of the present invention.

[92] The difference between the first embodiment and the third embodiment of Figure 13 resides in that an engaging pin 151c is used for fixing the channel member residing in the interior of the fixing engaging part 150 or the pipe P, and first and second engaging holes 151a and 151b are formed for allowing the engaging pin 151c to pass through.

[93] Here, the engaging pin 151 passes through the first and second engaging holes 151a and 151b, and both ends of the same are bent for fixing. The end of the bent engaging pin 151c is engaged to the engaging hole 151a' for thereby obtaining a more stably structure.
